LIFE WITH VOICES
Qualifications & Testimonials
"The workshops I’ve taken with Dmitriy have transformed my understanding of what it means to experience voices and visions. He offers practical tools grounded in a compassionate and empowering framework. Dmitriy is a huge asset to mental health consumers seeking assistance outside of the biomedical model."
-LMSW and Peer Specialist
Dmitriy’s workshops help voice-hearers in two very important ways: they are both inspiring and practical. Dmitriy expertly uses his years of lived experience to provide people with the right tools and strategies to live happy, productive lives. I highly recommend his consultations and institutional trainings.
After attending a hearing voices workshop facilitated by Dmitriy Gutkovich during a Peer Workforce Coaltion meeting, I came away with a few valuable things: 1) I learned of a valuable, non-clinical support group resource for people who hear voices that I can refer people to; 2) that voice hearers can master their voices with or without the aid of psychotropic medications; and 3) that voice hearers have as much chance as non voice hearers to live "normal" and productive lives in their communities.
Dan Frey, director, City Voices
I attended 2 hours of Hearing Voices meeting as a family member, and Dmitry and other members had offered insights that doctors never have shed light on in the last 20 years. Looking forward to the program in May.

“Dmitriy is fantastic at explaining what living with voices is like. He was able to teach my team of mental health providers concrete interventions that they could use with their clients in order to help them gather more information about clients’ voice hearing experiences, and come up with ways of making voice hearers’ experiences more positive and useful to them. We would love to have Dmitriy come back and talk to our team of clinicians for a booster training this year.”

Dmitriy’s hearing voices group has saved me. The group provides a safe space for others to come together and speak our truths. Dmitriy is attentive, patient, and well spoken, He knows how to make a group feel at ease. He is a humbling human being. I would highly recommend him.
